Ingredients
- For the tincture:
- 5 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 cup vodka
- For serving:
- 1 ounce Rittenhouse rye (bonded)
- 1 ounce Amaro Nonino
- 1 teaspoon pear brandy

Instructions
To make the tincture: Soak the cinnamon sticks in the vodka in covered container for 1 week, agitating container once a day. Strain through fine-mesh sieve into atomizer, dropper bottle or small bottle.
To serve: Rinse a cordial or sherry glass with tincture and pour out excess. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add rye, amaro and brandy. Stir for 10 seconds and strain into prepared glass.
