Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. Maine shrimp
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 - 16 oz. can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup tomato sauce or soup
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 bay leaf
- Dash of pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
Cook green pepper, onion, garlic in butter until tender. Add remainiing ingredients except shrimp and parsley. Cook 25-30 min. until rice is tender, stir occasionally. Add parsley and shrimp - heat. Remove bay leaf.
