1 lg 32 oz jar of gardinaire

pepper roast well.
Pour Gardinaire ovet roast
cook 12 hours on low
Shred Beef...Enjoy

Best on sourdough roll or italian bread(hoagie style). Serve with jalapeno slices(jar).
