Pork Bone in ham cooked in beer

Ingredients

  • 20 lbs bone in ham
  • 1 (20 ounces) can sliced pineapple
  • 2 cans (12 fl ounces) cans beer

Preparation

Step 1

Place ham, with the fattier side up, in roaster Use toothpicks to secure pineapple rings on the ham. Pour the beer over the ham. Place lid on roasting pan.
