Ingredients
- 4 C. Sugar
- 1 pt. Sour Cream
- 1/4 lb margarine or butter (1 cube)
- 1 pt. Marshmellow Creme
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- Chopped Nuts (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In a fairly large saucepan, mix sugar, sour cream and 1/2 tube butter. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, but keep to a boil.
Cook until mixture forms a ball in cold water when tested (approximately 15 minutes). Stir constantly to keep from burning. Remove from heat. Add rest of butter, marshmellow creme, chocolate chips and nuts (if desired).
Mix well and pour into buttered pan or plastic dishes.
Hint: It is best to cook in a nonstick pan asx the sugar will burn when it gets too hot.
