Chicken Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (12.5 oz. each) Chunk Chicken Breast, drained
  • 4 T. mayonnaise, or to taste
  • 1/3 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 20 red seedless grapes, halved or quartered
  • Sliced chives, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Combine chicken and mayonnaise in medium bowl, using fork to separate chunks. Add almonds, celery, grapes and chives, if desired; toss to mix well. Refrigerate leftovers immediately.
