Creamy Low-Cal Rice Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (4 oz) Jello sugar free pudding & pie filling
  • 3 C cold skim milk
  • 1/2 C min rice
  • 1/4 C Raisins
  • 1/8 t cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and cook over med heat, stirring constantly. Pour in 1 quart dish and place plastic wrap over top. Let cool 30 mins and remove wrap sprinkle with add cinnimon if desired.
