Ingredients

  • 16 ounces macaroni noodles uncooked
  • 4 carrots shredded
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1/2 gren pepper chopped
  • 1/2 red pepper chopped
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 2 cups mayo
  • 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Bring large pot of water to boil and salt. Add noodles and cook till tender, about 9 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain.
Mix in Mix all remaining ingredients and stir in noodles. Make a day before serving to allow flavors to gell.
