southwest skillet

Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb hmg
  • 1 tblsp chili powder
  • 1 can beefy mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 can 14.5 oz tomatoes chopped up
  • 1 can pinto beans drained
  • 3/4 c uncooked rice
  • 1/2 c cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

cook hmb and chili powder. stir in soup water tomtoes and beans heat to a boil. reduce to lo cover and cook 10 minutes. remove from heat, stir in rice cover and let stand 5 minutes til rice is tender sprinkle with cheese seve with tortilla chips
