Step 1

Take four chicken breasts and pound thin. Then beat two eggs and put on plate. Then put seasoned bread crumbs on another plate. Then dredge chicken in egg then crumbs, then put in pan that has heated canola oil. Coook about 10 minutes per side. Then turn and last couple minutes of cooking pour on buffalo wing sauce. At very end top with shredded mozzarella and provolone cheese. WE TRIED THIS 11/5/12 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD, JACKIE PREFERED IT WITH NO CHEESE.
