Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 T quick tapioca
- 1 T strawberry jello
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 1 T butter
Preparation
Step 1
Line pie plate with crust. Mix sugar, tapioca, and jello powder. Sprinkle over bottom of crust. combine rest with the rhubarb. Put in pan, dot with butter, Put on top crust. Bake 450* for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350* and bake 30 minutes more.
