Beef (corned beef)

Bake 30 min at 350 F
Base at least 3 times
Serve hot with sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 lbs corned beef
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 3 T marg
  • 1 T mustard prepared
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/3 c chili sauce
  • 1/4 c cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c cold water

Preparation

Step 1

Wipe and tie meat in shape
Bring to boil in a large kettle.
Skim and cover and simmer approx 5 hours
In a baking dish, combine ingr (lower half)
Heat well till blended
Pour over meat
