Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients

  • DIPPERS:
  • 6 oz (squares) unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 c light cream
  • 1/2 c unsalted butter
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 T orange flavored liqueur
  • angel food cake
  • pound cake
  • apples
  • maraschino cherries
  • large marshamallows
  • bananas
  • mandarin oranges

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan melt chocolate over low heat. Add sugar, cream, butter and salt. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in the liqueur. Pour into a fondue pot and place over burner. Spear dippers with fondue forks and dip.
