Green Chile Crab Quesadillas

This recipe came to me from my good friends at Central Market. Easy to make and very yummy! Thought I would load it here before I lose it!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb crab meat (picked over)
  • 1 cup Green Chile Stew (in a jar)
  • 1 tbsp Kent Rathburn's BBQ Seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 pack tortillas (CM Butter Tortillas are great for this)

Preparation

Step 1

Season crab meat with BBQ seasoning. Mix in Green Chile Stew. Place a trotilla on a hot skillet. Add a serving of crab mix and cheese to taste. Place another tortilla on top and brown on both sides until cheese is melted through.
