HORSERADISH-BACON DIP

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives

Preparation

Step 1

Blend cheese, sour cream, bacon and horseradish sauce in blender until well blended. Transfer to boil. Stir in chives. Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with crackers.
