Seven Minute Frosting

Ingredients

• 2 egg whites
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• Dash salt
• 1 tblsp. white corn syrup
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Combine egg whites sugar, salt, water and corn syrup. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Place over boiling water, beat on high speed for 7 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Beat 1 minute or until thick enough to spread.
