Artichokes Del Sardo

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly grated bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teasp. chopped parsley
  • 1/2 clove finely chopped garlic
  • 1 teasp. salt
  • 1/4 teasp. black pepper
  • squeez of lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Roll artichokes in olive then in flavored bread crumb mixture. Let stand and dry and then bake @375 degrees until lightly golden. Remove from oven and sprinkle with lemon juice just before serving.
