Ingredients
- 4 salmon, fillets
- 1/3 cup rye whiskey
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill.
Place fillets in a shallow pan. Mix together all the other ingredients. Pour over the salmon. Marinate for at least 2 hours. Turn the fillets in the marinade occasionally.
Grill salmon 5 minutes or until cooked through. Turn and grill for 3 minute more. Serve immediately.
