Ingredients

  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg white non beaten
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • ½ teaspoon of vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients, except vanilla in a double boiler.
2. Stir to dissolve sugar. Place on hot water and whip until peak forms.
Perfume and whip until desired consistency.
