Ingredients
- 2 cans tomatoes (diced or whole)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 5-6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 small can black olives, chopped
- 1/2 c. white vinegar
- black pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped cilantro (don't skimp)
Preparation
Step 1
Use food processor to chop tomatoes (if using whole tomatoes), onion, jalapenos, garlic and black olives.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Chill. Serve with tortilla chips.
