Club Sandwich Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked turkey, chopped
  • 8 oz cooked ham, chopped
  • 8 oz processed swiss or american cheese, torn
  • 1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese, diced
  • 1 cup light mayo
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 6 slices bacon, crisp cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, coarsely chopped

Preparation

Step 1

1. in a 4qt slow cooker, mix turkey, ham, processed cheese, cream cheese, mayo and mustard.

2. Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours, stirring after the first hour. Serve immediately or keep warm for up to 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Before serving, stir in half of the bacon. Top with remaining bacon and tomatoes. Serve with toast and veggie dippers.
