- Yields 6 servings
- 4 cups cooked Penne pasta
- 20 turkey meatballs (see recipe)
- 4 cups homemade spaghetti sauce (see recipe)
- 2 cups light shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
- Fresh parsley, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine pasta, meatballs, pasta sauce & 1 cup cheese in a large bowl; mix well. Turn into a lightly greased 2-1/2 quart shallow baking dish; cover. Bake 30 minutes or until hot & bubbly. Uncover, top with remaining 1 cup cheese & parsley. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
