Ingredients
- Beef or chicken
- 1/2 pkg Adolphs Meat Merinade
- 1/2 (lg) bottle Viva Italian dressing
- Garlic to taste
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Cube sirloin or good lean chuck roast. Mix Adolphs Merinade as instructed. Add itialian dressing, oil and garlic. Let sit overnite, covered but not in metal.
Chicken can be used but do not use Adolphs
