Ingredients

  • 3 big onion minced
  • 1 pork leg (?)
  • 1 veal leg
  • 4 chicken legs
  • 2 pounds of minced pork
  • grilled flour
  • cornstarch

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cover meat with water and boil for 1 ½ hours.
2. Roll balls with the minced pork, floured and grill.
3. CUT the meat in big cubes and add salt and pepper.
4. Add meat balls and flour and stir.
5. Bring to a boil and add cornstarch if not thick enough.
