Ingredients
- 3 firm-ripe pears, quartered and cored
- 3 baking apples, quartered and cored
- 2 oranges, peeled and chunked
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Place pear, apples, oranges and raisins in 2 qt. casserole. Combine brown sugar and 1/2 cup water; pour over fruits. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour or till tender.
Serve warm or cool.
