Ginger Sparkles

Ingredients

  • Cream together:
  • 3/4 cup marg/butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • Mix together, then blend in:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Form into balls and roll in sugar. Then place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
