Salsa Verde

Ingredients

  • 6 tomatillos
  • 3 chilis (serrano or jalapeno)
  • garlic
  • 1/4 onion (minced finely)
  • cilantro to taste
  • salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Put tomatillos and chilis in a container with boiling water for 4 minutes. Liquefy ingredients with 1/2 cup of water in blender. Serve with tortilla chips
