PEANUT BUTTER PIE

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 9" graham cracker crust or 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Filling:
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup peanut butter chunky or cream
  • Whipped cream
  • Fudge sauce
  • Cherries
  • Cinnamon candies or chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Use graham cracker crust or make your own by combining crackers, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Press in bottom of a 9" pie plate. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool. In large bowl combine ice cream and peanut butter. Pour into crust. Top with whipped cream, drizzle with fudge sauce and decorate with cherries, or nuts. Freeze until firm.
