Ginger Cookies

Ingredients

  • Large mixing bowl:
  • 1 1/2 cups Crisco
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups suger
  • 8 tablesppons Grandmas Molasses
  • Separate bowl:
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 heaping tsps of cinnamon
  • 2 heaping tsps of ginger
  • 1 heaping tsp ground cloves
  • 4 cups of flower

Preparation

Step 1

Add dry mix to the large mixing bowl (has the eggs, etc). Mix well. Roll dought into large walnut size balls. Roll each ball in sugar.

Place sugar coated galls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 in preheated oven for 9 to 10 minutes
