Ingredients

• Icing:
• 2/3 c cornstarch
• 1/3 c powdered sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup flour
• .
• 1 cu softened butter
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tsp graed lemon rind
• 2 cups powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all well. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for about 15 min. Do not brown. Cool slightly and ice


Icing:

Cream butter and sugar with lemon juice and rind. Frost after cookies have cooled slightly.
