- 3/4 C of water or coconut water
- 1-2 handfuls of greens
- 1/2 mango, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 C pineapple
- Juice of 1 orange
- Sweeten with honey (to taste)
- Ice, if needed
- Optional superfood booster: 1 Tbsp flax oil or whole flax
