Banana Cream Stuffed Strawberries

Ingredients

• Banana Cream Cheese Filling :
• 1 pound strawberries
• 8 oz cream cheese - whipped or regular
• 1/2 ripe banana mashed
• 1 t. vanilla extract
• diced strawberry
• 1/2 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Directions:

Mix banana, vanilla, cream cheese brown sugar and whisk until smooth.

Add strawberry pieces.

Fill the strawberry halves with the mixture.
