Ingredients
- 12 large tomatoes
- 4 large red pepper seeded
- 4 large sweet onions
- 1-1/2 cups vinegar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons salt
- Dash pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Grind vegetables and drain off all liquid or sauce will be too thin. Combine remaining ingredients, boil 15 minutes or longer, pour into sterilized canning jars.
