Ingredients
- Phase 2
- 4 cups ice
- 1/2 cup birch-based xylitol
- 2 lemons, peeled and seeded
- 2 lime, peeled and seeded
- 4 mint leaves (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Toss everything in the blender and blend away! Add the mint leaves to the sorbet, if you like, or use them as a garnish. This recipe works for all three phases of the Fast Metabolism Diet, but is especially refreshing on Phase 2 where no other fruits are allowed.
