Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 17 oz. can whole corn and liquid
- 17 oz. can creamed corn
- 8 1/2 ounce box jiffy corn bread mix
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Add next three ingredients and mix well. Add the eggs. Fold in the sour cream, salt and pepper, and the cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
