Corn Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 17 oz. can whole corn and liquid
  • 17 oz. can creamed corn
  • 8 1/2 ounce box jiffy corn bread mix
  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the butter in a 9 x 13 pan. Add next three ingredients and mix well. Add the eggs. Fold in the sour cream, salt and pepper, and the cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
