Banana Split Cake

Ingredients
- Combine and press to fit 9x13 pan and set aside:
- 3 C graham cracker crumbs or chocolate wafer crumbs
- 1 stick butter or margarine melted
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
- Beat together for 20 minutes. Pour into crumb crust.
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
- 2 eggs
- 2 C confectioner sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- Spread over filling
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pinapple, drained
- Arrange over pinapple
- 7 to 8 bananas, cut lengthwise
- Spread over bananas
- 3 pkg (2 oz) whipped topping mix prepared to package directions
- Top with
- 1 C chopped nuts and 24 drained maraschino cherries cut in halves.

Preparation
Step 1
Chill until ready to serve, at least 2 hours. Cut in squares.
