Ingredients

  • Thick Blade Steaks
  • Lawry's salt
  • oil
  • onion
  • mushrooms
  • Gravy fixin's

Preparation

Step 1

Season blade steak w/ seasoning salt. Pan fry in a bit of oil in biggest fry pan till brown on either side, remove from heat.

In hot pan, stir in flour and gravy mix, stir a minute then add cold water to make gravy and loosen brown bits from pan. In a separate pan, fry slices mushrooms and minced or chopped onion, add to meat.

Bake in oven 1 1/2-2 hours (2 hours is better), at 325 degrees.
