Ingredients
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 lb trimmed pork loin or tenderloin, cut into thin strips
- 3 cups mushrooms, quartered V2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp EACH: Dijon mustard and tomato ketchup Paprika and chopped parsley for garnish, optional
Preparation
Step 1
In a non-stick skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Cook pork until lightly browned, about two minutes. Add mushrooms, and cook for another two minutes.
Lower heat to medium and add sour cream, mustard and ketchup. Simmer for two more minutes. Serve over hot broad egg noodles, and garnish with chopped parsley and paprika if desired.
