Ingredients
- 2 4 oz. cans green chilies
- 1 lb. Montery Jack cheese
- 1 lb. cheddar cheese
- 4 egg yolks (beat till thick)
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 Tbs. flour 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 4 egg whites (beaten stiff)
Preparation
Step 1
great cheese and place in bottom of 9X12 pan. add drained chilis. Mix. combine egg yolks,milf, flour, salt, and pepper. Fold eff whites to yolk mixture. pour over cheese and ooze in with fork. Bake 325 30-40 minutes until knife comes out clean when inserted in center.
