Linda's Won Ton Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 stalk bok choy
  • 2 cans or containers of chicken broth
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 3-4 green onions
  • 1-2 package of won tons
  • *shrimp or chicken can be added

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook all together, except won tons.
2. Cook 10-15 minutes until bok choy is done.
3. Cook frozen won tons in boiling water for 3-4 minutes (they will float).
4. Add won tons to the broth.
5. Serve
