Bacon, Lettuce & Tomato Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg bacon
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • cherry tomatoes
  • mayo & bacon flavored ranch dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Turn a large size muffin tin upside down, cover with foil (make sure you mold the foil around the bottom of the cups)
Wrap the bottom of each muffin cup with approximately 6 slices of bacon intertwining each other.
Bake in oven until brown & crispy, let cool & remove from muffin pan.
Chop lettuce & tomatoes & place in each cup.
Mix mayo with bacon flavored dressing & dollop on top of each one.
