HUNGARIAN CHEESE SPREAD (KOROZOTT)

This is a recipe my mother always made for company ... She learned it from her mother, and now I serve it to my friends. In Hungarian it is called KÖRÖZÖTT

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1 package cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 small onion grated
• 1 Tbs. Anchovy paste
• 1 Tbs. Hungarian sweet Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix all ingredients until smooth.
2. Serve with crackers or bread
