Ingredients

  • 1 tsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 1 (2 lb.) head Napa cabbage, quartered lengthwise & thinly sliced
  • 1/2 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari(for gluten free)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Heat the oils in a large skillet set over medium-high heat. Add the ginger and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds.
Stir in the cabbage and cook, stirring constantly, until the cabbage is just tender, about 2 minutes.
Stir in the chili garlic sauce and soy sauce (or tamari). Season to taste. Serve.
