Slow Cooked Carolina Beef Brisket

Ingredients

  • 1 (16oz) jar picante sauce
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 (3lb) beef brisket

Preparation

Step 1

1. Stir the picante sauce, molasses, vinegar, worcestershire and onion in a 5qt slow cooker. Add the beef, and turn to coat.

2. Cover and cook on low for 8-9 hours or until the beef is fork tender.
