Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 kg frozen hash browns
  • 2 - 10 oz. cream of potato soup (or chicken, celery, mushroom)
  • 1/2 - 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • garlic powder
  • cheddar cheese - grated and parmesan (1 cup cheddar, 1/2 c parmesan?? to taste)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 2 tins of soup and onion and sour cream and cheese. Add frozen hash browns.
Butter 9 X 15 pan
To[ with cracker crumbs if desired
Bake at 350 for 1 hour until bubbly and brown
