Sour Cream Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (e medium) washed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup dairy pour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350° Grease and flour bottom only 9x5 loaf pan

In a large bowl, beat together sugar and oil. Add eggs, bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Blend well.

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup, level off. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Stir just until moistened.
Stir in 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick tests.
