Nicki's Bread

From Nicki Oliva's kitchen - written word for word...still a little difficult to understand.

Ingredients

Preparation

Step 1

4 pkgs. yeast cake dissolved with one cup of water (5 minutes)

Mix 3 cups of warm milk in bowl with 1 cup of sugar.

4 teaspons salt and add yeast mixture add four eggs and one cup of Mazzola Oil

Add 14 cups of flour 4 at a time
As you add- Mesa 2 cups at end.

Rise for 2 hours in greased bowl. Punch down and rise for one hour. Make braids and rise for 1/2 hour. bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
