Chicken with Lemon and Capers

  • 1 tbs. Olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts halved 1/3 cup of white wine
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp of butter cut into small pieces

Step 1

Heat the oil over medium heat
Add the chicken and cook for 4 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet and keep warm
Add the wine, lemon juice, zest, and capers bring to a boil lower heat and simmer for 2 minutes
Whisk in the butter 1 piece at a time and cook over low heat for 1 minute or until heated through.
Pour sauce over chicken and serve immediately.
