Ingredients
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 pt cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- 1 can green chilies
- 1 1/2-2 lbs. Jack cheese, Reserve some for top
- 1 pkg corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 cans enchilada sauce
Preparation
Step 1
soften tortillas by frying in oil and draining well on paper toweling or use microwave or warm in foil in oven.
Fill soft tortillas with above filling, reserving some of filling. Place in 9X13 pan, put reserved filling on top , add enchilada sauce and sprikle reserved Jack cheese over top. Bake 325 oven until bubbly.
