Hashbrown Casswerole from Nestle

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (8oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cartons (4oz each) egg product or 6 large eggs
  • 1 (12oz) cans evaporated fat free milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 (30oz) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 10 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped OR
  • 1 cup diced ham

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 13x9" baking dish.

2. Combine cheese, egg product, evaporated milk, salt and black pepper in a large bowl. Add potatoes, onion and bacon or ham, mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

3. Bake for 60-65 mins or until set.
